Donald Bacon 1923-2008

We are sad to say we lost Mara's Grandpa, Donald Bacon, on Saturday. He was 30,767 days old (just turned 84). We love this photo from our wedding in 2005:

It's awesome he was able to be at the wedding and you have this photo. I hope you are dafe in your whirlwind travels to WI and back. You have our deepest sympathies.

We are so glad you were able to be here with us, but so sorry you had to fight bad roads, both ways!
Grandpa was so proud of all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren!
