36 Pounds of Mental Health!

We ordered some Indian food from our favorite Indian Grocery in Milwaukee. They were having a 2 for 1 special on a bunch of our favorites so we ended up getting a BOAT LOAD, 36 pounds shipped to us. They are so fast with their orders too! We just ordered it Wednesday, and it's here already!

We won't be having Indian tonight though. We are having some friends over for a BBQ, despite the rain. We were supposed to play golf today, but there is a 100% chance of t-showers, so Ithink we'll miss our 1:00 tee time. The BBQ will be unphased since we have a nice porch to grill on. Last count there was going to be 17 people, 6 dogs, and 1 kitten. Should be a full house! I think we'll have plenty of room, and as long as we can keep Lucy out of the creek, the house should stay fairly clean...:)

Lucy did meet a new friend at the creek this week. There isn't any sounds since the wind was so loud. Lucy's lucky it wasn't a snapper:





Mara and I had the day off of school today. They call them Wellness Days, but we prefer to call them Mental Health Days. It's supposed to give students the oppurtunity to take a day off of school and keep their mind healthy too. I have to work in the lab, but it will only be a half day today, since we were supposed to golf. But you can't look foward to a half day, then work a full...that's just not right. The last Wellness Day Mara had they had an Anatomy exam AND a Physiology exam that next week, so people really couldn't take advantage of the time off. We had a Medical Microbiology exam yesterday, which we both did really well on, so that was a good way to start our Mental Health Weekend...:)
